Partou Tiny Teapots Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated nursery practitioner to join as Nursery Deputy Manager, 40 hours per week, to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in running the setting. You will promote engaging activities in line with the EYFS and lead a caring team.

You will maintain a safe, inclusive environment and build strong partnerships with families while driving safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the nursery team.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Build strong partnerships with colleagues and families.
• Support Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in smooth running of the setting.
• Ensure children engage in stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS.
