Little Elms Daycare Nursery Peninsula in London is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and staff.

This role offers state-of-the-art facilities, a 40-hour week (full-time), and a salary up to £39,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a welcome bonus, lunch on site, DBS checks, and opportunities for career progression across the group.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year in a leadership role or equivalent.
• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Statutory framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use own initiative and drive.
• Passion for daily interactions with children and mentoring others.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the Nursery.
• Provide a safe, stimulating and educational environment for children and staff.
• Lead and coach a team to maintain high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
