Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager for a leading ethical childcare provider in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on shaping early learning and managing a busy nursery with a strong emphasis on quality and development.

You will support the Nursery Manager, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to creating a safe, stimulating environment for children from birth to pre-school. A flexible 4 or 5 day week supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar nursery role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Relevant childcare qualifications are essential.
• Experience in managing a team and handling conflict resolution is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children's learning.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring outstanding standards of care and education.
• Meet all objectives and nursery targets with a focus on both commercial success and people development.
• Support the Nursery Manager in managing the nursery team, handling conflict resolution, and fostering professional development.
• Deputise in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
• Uphold and celebrate diversity while maintaining minimum operating standards.
• Inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare and education.
