Dicky Birds Wimbledon Nursery in Dundonald Road, Wimbledon, part of Grandir UK Limited, is hiring a Cleaner on a full‑time basis. Salary is £26,437 FTE, with regular pay reviews based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily: clean bathrooms, Hoover all carpeted areas, sweep and mop floors, empty bins.
• Weekly: damp-clean skirting boards, glass panels, door handles, windowsills.
• Monthly: deep-clean carpets, thorough dusting of nursery areas.

Our Dicky Birds Nursery, in Dundonald Rd, is currently looking for a Cleaner to join our team. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the nursery.

Location and Travel

Dicky Birds Wimbledon Nursery is a 5‑minute walk from Wimbledon town and located opposite Dundonald Park, near a primary school for easy access as your child grows. Dicky Birds also operates nurseries in Raynes Park and Surbiton, offering the same warm, nurturing care.

What will you be doing

Daily tasks will include

• Cleaning of children and staff bathrooms
• Hoovering all carpeted areas of the nursery
• Sweeping and mopping the nursery’s hard floors
• Emptying all general waste bins

Weekly tasks will include

• A damp clean of all skirting boards
• Cleaning all glass door panels
• Cleaning all door handles
• A damp clean of all windowsills

Monthly tasks will include

• A deep clean of all nursery carpets
• A thorough dusting of the nursery
