Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Nursery Chef for our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery based at our gym in London. You will run the nursery kitchen, plan seasonal menus, order ingredients, and manage budget while keeping high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the organisation and operation of the nursery kitchen.
• Work with seasonal menus and use fresh ingredients to produce healthy, nutritional meals.
• Order from nominated suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Work within a set budget alongside your manager.
• Minimise food waste.
• Support laundry and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Deal with third parties/suppliers.
• Work to EHO standards.
