Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager for our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery in St Albans. You will support the Nursery Manager, lead the team, and uphold high standards of care and education within an Ofsted-registered setting.

The role involves deputising for the Nursery Manager, implementing EYFS requirements, safeguarding policies, and maintaining strong communication with parents and external professionals. Competitive benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified with NNEB, NVQ Level 3, BTEC or BA Hons or equivalent.
• Experience in leading a nursery team and deputising for Nursery Manager.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and Early Years Foundation Stage.
