TeacherActive Ltd. is seeking Nursery Assistants to provide flexible, part-time cover in private day nurseries in the LS9 area of Leeds.

You will support qualified practitioners with activities, play, daily routines and the supervision of children, while gaining valuable early years experience. Ideal for students studying Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies, with a caring, enthusiastic approach and good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a professional, voluntary or educational setting is desirable.
• Interest in developing experience within Early Years.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a professional, voluntary or educational setting is desirable
• A genuine interest in developing experience within Early Years
• A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work part-time around your studies
