Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Nursery Assistant to support a nursery in Braintree, Essex. The role is three days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with shifts available across the week and a starting pay from £14.25 per hour.

Ideal candidates may have nursery experience or be studying Level 2/3 childcare qualifications. You will work under qualified practitioners to support children’s learning, play and routines in a caring, patient environment.

Qualifications

• Previous nursery/ childcare experience is desirable.
• Currently studying towards a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting development.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

TeacherActive is currently recruiting an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Nursery Assistant to support a nursery setting in Braintree.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work three days per week, with shifts available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Whether you have previous experience working within a nursery, are currently studying towards a childcare qualification or have a genuine passion for working with children, we would love to hear from you!
