TeacherActive Limited is hiring a Nursery Assistant in Bromsgrove for flexible shifts between 8:00 and 18:30. The role is temporary with potential for long-term or permanent opportunities, and pays £12–£15 per hour on PAYE terms.

Experience in an early years setting and knowledge of the EYFS framework are preferred. You will join a supportive team focused on safe, stimulating activities for children.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day nursery in Warwick, offering a supportive and engaging environment for both staff and children. The setting provides a safe and stimulating space where children are encouraged to develop through play and structured activities.

The nursery is looking to take on Nursery Assistants on a temporary basis, with the potential to become long term or permanent for the right Nursery Assistant. The successful Nursery Assistant will be working flexible shifts between 8am and 6:30pm, supporting children across the early years age range and ensuring a high standard of care.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Experience working within an early years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and nurturing attitude
• A positive, can-do approach
