Job summary

TEJ Education is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants and Practitioners for temporary and bank work across Guildford and surrounding Surrey areas. Perfect for those seeking flexible shifts and varied settings.

Candidates should have Level 2/3 Early Years, experience in nursery or early years, an enhanced DBS, and a willingness to work across local settings. DBS checks must be up to date or in progress.

TEJ Education is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants and Practitioners for temporary and bank work across Guildford and surrounding Surrey areas.

Whether you're looking for occasional shifts, a few days each week or longer-term bookings, we'd love to hear from you.

Your role will include:

• Supporting the care and development of babies, toddlers and preschool children.
• Helping deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Supporting daily routines, including meals, naps and personal care.
• Working alongside nursery teams to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

We're looking for:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• An understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS.
• A caring, reliable approach and willingness to work across local settings.
• An enhanced DBS suitable for the role, or willingness to undergo the required checks.
