Job summary

Nuffield Health Gloucester FWC is seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery on a bank, part-time basis. The role pays £12.84 per hour and involves working on an ad-hoc basis to match nursery needs and your availability.

You’ll support care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, communicate with parents, and help deliver high-quality care, education, health and wellbeing. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• You understand how to communicate with young children.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferable but not essential.
• An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Assistant to be based in our Nuffield Health gym.

As a Nursery Assistant , you already understand how to communicate with young children and you want to work in a nursery setting. Ideally, you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, but this isn’t essential. As part of your application for this role, you will require an enhanced DBS check.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
