Nursery Assistant Lunch Cover at Nuffield Health Gloucester is a part-time role delivering care from 3 months to 5 years, focusing on safety, development and wellbeing. You’ll work with a small team in a creche environment, supporting high-quality care through play and education while complying with childcare regulations.
DBS check is required, paediatric first aid is desirable but not essential, and opportunities for training are provided.
We are looking for a Nursery Assistant at our club, who will create a safe, secure and stimulating creche environment - one where children can explore their potential. You’ll consider their physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development. You’ll do it through play and education, always keeping up with the latest changes in childcare legislation. We’ll give you opportunities to train in new techniques and approaches. As a Nursery Assistant, you already understand how to communicate with young children and you want to work in a nursery setting. Ideally, you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, but this isn’t essential. As part of your application for this role, you will require an enhanced DBS check.
