Job summary

Grandir UK is a welcoming nursery provider seeking a Nursery Assistant to supervise and support children in a stimulating setting. The role involves helping plan activities, assisting with meals and ensuring a safe, attractive environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners.
• Support children in the mealtime period and having a clear understanding of their dietary needs.
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children.
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues.
• Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required.
