Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to nurture and support young children in bespoke nurseries designed to be stimulating, safe spaces for play and learning.

You will work as part of a warm, friendly team delivering high standards of care, with professional training and progression opportunities, a 60% childcare discount, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and a pension scheme. A supportive wellbeing programme is also provided.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Assistant with NVQ Level 2 in Childcare.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
