Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to support early years education in our bespoke nurseries. You will help provide a safe, stimulating environment for pre-school children and work as part of a warm, friendly team.

You will engage children in development activities, follow safety protocols, and contribute to an inclusive setting. NVQ Level 2 in Childcare is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills valued, plus generous benefits such as a childcare discount

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare is required.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
