Hillier Nurseries Limited in Liss, Hampshire, invites applications for an enthusiastic outdoor Nursery Assistant to join our open ground tree production team. The role is fixed-term through the busy trading period, with 39 hours per week and an hourly rate up to £13.35, with training across all tree growing stages.

You'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of trees, pest monitoring, plant care and packing for customer orders while working outdoors in all weather.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dependable outdoor Nursery Assistant to join the team at Liss in our open ground, tree production nursery. You will have the opportunity to work with an established and renowned brand within the horticulture industry, growing your skills and experience with our knowledgeable production team.

Rounded outdoor role offering training into every stage of the tree growing process, you will get hands on experience with a massive range of trees and tasks.

If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for horticulture or arboriculture this is an ideal role. Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, all year (PPR provided).

This is a fixed-term role to cover business requirements through the busy trading period, expected to end on 30.04.2027, although this may be reviewed depending on business needs. The role offers guaranteed 39hours per week. Hourly rate of pay up to £13.35 per hour dependant on experience.
