TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work in a range of welcoming nurseries across Southport and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children aged 0-5 years, whether you have previous nursery experience, childcare experience, or are looking to begin your career in Early Years Education.

The Role

As an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support the daily care and supervision of children aged 0-5.
• Assist with fun, engaging, and educational activities.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Work closely with nursery staff to support each child's individual needs.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.

We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A positive, energetic, and caring attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, school, or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to complete relevant safeguarding and compliance checks.
