Job summary

The Learning Experience in Weybridge is looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will help deliver safe, nurturing childcare in a supportive environment where children learn, play and thrive every day.

You will assist with planning activities, supervise play, encourage language development, and work with staff to maintain a stimulating classroom. A caring attitude and enthusiasm for early years education are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Creativity and enthusiasm when engaging with children.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for occasional outings.
• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our Weybridge team. About The Role

As an Nursery Assistant, you’ll support the nursery team in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare. Your responsibilities will include:
