Job summary

The Learning Experience in Leatherhead is looking for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team. This role is key to supporting the nursery in providing safe and engaging childcare where children can learn and thrive. Qualifications

About The Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support the nursery team in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
• Supervising children during play and ensuring their safety at all times
• Encouraging children’s language development and self-expression
• Supporting lead practitioners in maintaining a clean, organised, and stimulating classroom environment
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assisting with record-keeping and progress reporting
• Taking part in training and professional development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, You Will Have
