ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking a Nursery Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover at a Montessori nursery in Oxford. You will join a caring Montessori team to support children’s care, learning and development on a day-to-day basis.

The role involves helping maintain a calm, nurturing environment and assisting with Montessori activities and routines, working with the Guides and team to ensure smooth daily operations. Montessori experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Montessori qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Previous Early Years or nursery experience would be beneficial.
• A clean driving licence would be useful.

About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is currently recruiting for a

Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming Montessori nursery setting in Oxford on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working as part of a dedicated

Montessori team, you will help create a calm, purposeful and nurturing environment where children can develop confidence, concentration, independence and a genuine enjoyment of learning.

This is a hands-on role where you will support children's care, learning and development on a day-to-day basis, while helping to maintain the nursery environment and supporting practical life activities and everyday routines.

You will work closely with the room's Guides and contribute positively to the smooth running of the setting.
