Nursery Assistant (Full-Time) – Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire – Salary: £100 - £105 per day – Start Date: September – Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted partner nursery settings in Lutterworth for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full‑time basis from September.

If you have a passion for supporting young children during the early stages of their development and enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. You'll become an important member of a friendly and supportive Early Years team, helping children learn, play, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support children with their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Assist in planning and delivering creative, age‑appropriate activities.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social skills through play‑based learning.
  • Help maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating nursery environment.

About You
