THE ROYAL AIR FORCES ASSOCIATION is seeking a Nurseries Business Manager based in Leicester, Leicestershire, East Midlands. The role is full-time with hybrid working and a salary around £38k (approx. £38,140) depending on experience.

You will lead RAFAKidz nurseries, oversee financials, operations and staffing, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high-quality childcare for Armed Forces and civilian families across locations near RAF and MOD stations.
