Job summary

The Royal Air Forces Association is seeking a Nursery Manager for RAFAKidz at RAF Honington, Bury St Edmunds. This is a full-time role with a base salary around £42,000, plus a £5,000 sign-on and a 10% annual performance bonus. 40 hours per week.

You will lead and develop nursery operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff and deliver high-quality childcare, with employee benefits and staff discounts included.

Qualifications
