Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead nursing teams across our Care Home. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, mentoring colleagues and supervising practice students while maintaining safeguarding and professional standards.

The role requires an RN with a valid NMC PIN and a passion for compassionate care, with responsibility for parts of the home and support during Home Manager absence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Strong mentoring and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and professional behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and ensure the highest standard of care.
• Oversee operations when the Home Manager or Deputy Manager are absent.
• Support and mentor colleagues and supervise students as a practice supervisor/assessor.
• Promote safeguarding and person-centred care for Residents and their families.
