As a Registered Nurse Team Leader , you will lead and support a team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the delivery of person-centred clinical support and interventions.
• Manage resources efficiently to maintain and improve care quality.
• Conduct thorough assessments and prepare clinical reports.
• Collaborate with key professionals to implement guidance and protocols.
• Complete regulatory alerts and notifications accurately and promptly.
• Lead and support clinical team members, fostering development and performance.
• Manage medication and clinical interventions, adhering to policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice.
• Maintain ongoing NMC registration and CPD.
• Demonstrate and uphold company values, ensuring safe, effective practices.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Experience in care settings as a Nurse or Clinical Nurse Lead.
• Registered Nurse Band 6 or above with an active PIN.
• Understanding of PEG, tracheotomy, and other clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with person-centred care and non-discriminatory practices.
• Knowledge of NMC codes of practice and regulatory responsibilities.
• Skilled in administrative tasks and computer literacy.
