Qualifikationen

• Experience in palliative care, wound management, leg ulcer management, continence care, diabetes management.
• Experience of providing teaching and education to others.
• Working within a MDT.
• Case load profiling to ensure needs of local community are met.
• Experience of supervising staff and delegating tasks.
• Working in the community.
• Willingness to participate in research projects.
• Experience of managing staff.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Community Nursing team.
• Transport self and equipment across NE Lincolnshire as needed.
• Work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
• Provide teaching and education to staff.
• Deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.
