As a Practice Education Facilitator, you will collaborate across Aberdeen City to support students, new registrants and the wider workforce, creating positive learning environments and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Nurse or midwife with current NMC registration.
• Post-graduate qualification in teaching/learning is required.
• Extensive Band 6+ experience in roles that include supporting, supervising and assessing learners.

Responsibilities

• Support students, new registrants and the wider workforce across Aberdeen City HSCP settings.
• Create positive learning environments and enhance practice learning experiences.
• Contribute to delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and professional development.
