Qualifications

• Must be NMC Registered Nurse with current practicioner status.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with IT and care records systems.
• Develop internal and external professional relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure while motivating the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high standards of person-centred care.
• Develop, review and update care plans per residents' needs.
• Oversee medicine management according to policy and law.
• Build the positive reputation of the business; communicate with visitors and families.
• Ensure positive resident experiences from admission to discharge.
• Participate in inspections and ensure readiness of teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Maintain rigorous monitoring and recording of resident and employee matters.
• Promote teamwork and staff support to deliver care.
• Foster connection to the host home and organisation.
• Support Home Manager to achieve targets.
• Lead by example in nursing standards and supervision.
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development.
