Job summary

Komplex Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Birmingham to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist at-home care for adults with lifelong clinical needs. You will work 48-hour shifts with sleep nights, followed by four days off, providing safe and consistent care in the client's home.

Training is fully paid with ongoing career development, supported by 24/7 GP access for you and your family, and a range of wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training.
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.
• Genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions.
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration.
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately.
