Job summary

Welford Healthcare's Abingdon Court Care Home invites applications for a Clinical Deputy Manager. Based in Abingdon, you will oversee clinical care, lead the care team and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of delivering high-quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care, medications management and clinical services, where residents are safe and well protected.
• Leading the home's clinical quality control systems and coaching staff to ensure quality standards are met and staff are engaged in this area, and practice transparency.
• Supporting the Manager in developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources.
• Inspiring leadership and motivation of the clinical staff team, and the wider team, supporting the Manager to foster a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
