Opportunity for Band 7 Lead Nurse - Stowmarket Community Integrated Team

An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Lead Nurse within the Stowmarket Community Integrated Team, based at Stowlodge, Stowmarket. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Community Nurses and support staff to meet the nursing needs of the local community.

We are a forward-thinking, motivated integrated team comprising experienced staff committed to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provision of nursing services within the Integrated team to the local community, including developing and implementing new initiatives.
2. Supporting, maintaining, and developing best practices among the team to ensure quality care for patients, carers, and families.
3. Managing complex cases by liaising with specialist services and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care, while supporting staff confidence in managing complex needs.
4. Acting as a role model to motivate and empower staff within the Nursing and wider Integrated Team.
5. Supporting the development of the Integrated Team, welcoming new services and staff, and working professionally across disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
