Job Description
About The Role

Our client is an independent practice with four branches covering different areas in Suffolk.

Ideal Candidate

They are looking for an experienced, innovative, and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to form a core part of their growing team as Deputy Head/Senior Vet Nurse as they prepare to move into their brand-new purpose-built practice.

Caseload

The role they are offering is guaranteed to give a varied caseload and opportunity to further develop your skills.

Facilities

They have comprehensive in-house diagnostics including blood machines, x-ray, ultrasound, and multiparameter monitoring, alongside endoscopy and laparoscopy kit available across their branches. Nurses engage in all aspects of care including anaesthesia, surgical nursing, diagnostics, inpatient care, and nurse clinics. They encourage their nurses to become clinical coaches to help train the next generation of RVNs.

The Team

You will be collaborating with an experienced team of vets with varied interests, many of whom are working towards or are already certificate holders. Their nursing team is highly skilled and has varied areas of special interest.

The Rota

This is a full-time role worked as a 38-hour week over four days – 8am to 6.30pm plus one in three Saturday mornings – 8am to 1pm.
