Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Home Manager for a modern, purpose-built nursing home in the Cookstown area. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care for older residents, including those living with dementia.

You will oversee governance, staff induction and development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while managing budgets and liaising with regional management. This full-time role offers progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with active NMC pin.
• Experience managing a nursing home.
• Sound knowledge of statutory requirements for elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Home, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate care to residents.
• Ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date, with compliant systems.
• Build positive relationships with support functions to ensure staff are inducted, trained, motivated and supported.
• Adhere to company standards and legal requirements related to fire safety, health and safety, licensing and care standards.
• Ensure all qualified nurses hold a current UK NMC pin and employee files align with RQIA standards.
• Work alongside regional manager and director.
