Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with an active NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience managing a nursing home is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure safe, effective, compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance through proper systems.
• Foster positive relationships with support functions for staff induction and motivation.
• Adhere to company standards and statutory requirements (fire, health & safety, licensing, etc.).
• Ensure nurses have current NMC pins and files align with RQIA standards.
• Collaborate with regional manager and director.
