SJB Medical in Salisbury, England is seeking a Nurse Functional Assessor. You will conduct functional assessments, produce clear reports, and apply clinical judgement to health-related benefit applications within a multidisciplinary team at a UK centre.

Qualifications

• Be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist).
• Have at least 12 months post-registration experience within the last 5 years.
• Have no current restrictions to practice.
• Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50000 per annum + + approval bonus & benefits

Functional Assessor

Location: Salisbury

Additional pay & bonuses:

• Guaranteed £2,000 salary uplift within your first year (subject to approval milestones and contract)
• One-off approval bonus of 5% of salary
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus based on quality and performance

Working pattern:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About the role

As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health-related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work.
