As the Deputy Manager, you will serve as the home’s Clinical Lead, overseeing the delivery of nursing care and supporting the General Manager with operational duties. Person Specification:

• Essential: Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN / RMHN).
• Essential: Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs.
• Essential: Clinical leadership experience, including risk assessments, investigations, managing budgets, and supporting clinical team development.
