  3. Support onsite education of junior healthcare teams in basic skills for managing PD therapy.
  4. Collaborate with Renal Therapy Specialists to assist with education plans aligned with growth strategies.
  5. Work with teaching hospitals to facilitate observation of training, especially for Renal Course nurses and new PD nurses.
  6. Maintain detailed training records, document training sessions, and provide feedback to hospital staff.
  7. Offer innovative refresher and follow-up training for patients.
  8. Stay current with product knowledge through reading journals and attending conferences.
  9. Participate in regional business meetings to ensure alignment and transfer of market knowledge.
  10. Provide feedback from patients and customers, acting as a subject matter expert to sales and marketing teams for material development.
  11. Support internal training initiatives to promote clinical excellence within the Vantive commercial teams.
  12. Assist the EC manager in maintaining CQC regulations and readiness for inspections.
  13. Ensure safeguarding of service users and staff in line with CQC regulated activities.
  14. Conduct regular audits to monitor education quality, addressing concerns and complaints for continuous improvement.
  15. Participate in governance processes to identify learning opportunities.
  16. Support NHS staff development in PD knowledge through educational sessions, both face-to-face and remote.
  17. Provide high-quality remote support to patients when needed.
Qualifications/Education and/or Experience:

  2. Currently registered with NMC (Essential).
  3. Evidence of post-registration study (Essential).
