Clinical Training Specialist - Education Centre (EC)
The Clinical Training Specialist (CTS) is an expert in Patient Training and Education in Home Therapies for Vulnerable Adults. The CTS partners with referring units to teach best practices in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD). The role involves fulfilling patient training demands to ensure proper training on Vantive's therapies, aiming to optimize outcomes and minimize avoidable technique failures. The role requires innovative, evidence-based teaching practices to improve technique and therapy success. The CTS works as part of a team based at an EC, collaborating closely with other EC sites and regional CTSs, and must be flexible to meet patient training needs within required timeframes.
