A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a qualified practice nurse for a part-time role at a medical centre. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks including condition management and vaccinations, contributing to high-quality patient care. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in student health alongside general practice.
About the Role
The Colte Partnership has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive qualified practice nurse to join the team based at Rowhedge and University of Essex Medical Centre. This position is offered on a part-time basis for 15 hours per week.
Working in an experienced multidisciplinary team, the practice nurse will have the ability to carry out the following:
Rowhedge offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in student health alongside general practice. Rowhedge is a split-site practice with a campus-based health centre and a dispensing village practice and is a pilot site for Pride in Practice. The practice consists of an established team of 4 partners and 5 salaried GPs.

The Colte Partnership was formed in June 2017, consisting of 9 local practices across Colchester and Tendring, caring for approximately 95,000 patients.

You will be joining an enthusiastic team of clinicians and administrators, supported with ongoing professional development (training support, CPD, and peer support). The role will contribute to the improving quality of care for our patients across the network of practices.
