Voyage Care in Chippenham is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing service on a two-floor 11-bed unit with an accessible garden. You will deliver high‑quality clinical care, coordinate with a supportive team and help residents gain independence while continuing CPD training.

This role involves night shifts (21:15–07:15) with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends and overtime premiums. NMC registration and UK nursing qualification are essential for applicants.

Typical shifts are: 21:15 - 07:15 working 2 shifts a week including alternate weekends

Registered Nurse’s with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our clinical teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in Chippenham. This 11 bed service is spread across two floors and has a large enclosed accessible garden where you can connect with nature. It has a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas’ including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

As a Registered Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met. Our Registered Nurse’s are masterful at developing a close working relationship with the people we support, which means that we can centre their nursing and care needs as our main priority. Our Registered Nurse’s are also natural leaders and are skilled in planning and delivering clinical care and providing support and guidance to our care colleagues. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Registered Nurses are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
