Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with the skills and expertise to ensure residents receive the best clinical support and highest quality of care. Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing physical and psychological care to residents
2. Administering and ordering medicines
3. Maintaining effective communication to achieve care goals
4. Supporting new admissions and discharges while maintaining confidentiality
5. Writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as MCA/DoLs

Qualifications and Skills

• Current NMC registration
• Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and diet planning
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs
