This care home offers 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by trained healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

Key Duties:

1. Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
2. Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks
3. Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
4. Overseeing all aspects of medicine management in accordance with company policies and legislation
5. Making timely decisions and providing clinical guidance and support to team members
6. Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring staff following the NMC Code

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lead a care team
• Passion for delivering quality care and supporting residents and families
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Knowledge of CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
• Understanding of relevant legislation
• Ability to deliver clinical nursing care

Salary and Benefits:
