Nursery Assistant - Winchester

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a dynamic EYFS team in Winchester. This full-time position involves working four days a week from 8am to 6pm. Applications are welcomed from unqualified Practitioners, as well as Level 2 and Level 3 qualified staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
2. Support children’s independence and curiosity through creative activities.
3. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times.
4. Engage with children through play and educational activities.
5. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure a high standard of care.

Qualifications and Training:

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, vacancies for Level 2 and Level 3 positions will be offered to candidates possessing these qualifications.
