Responsibilities Include:

• Lead by example to set management expectations across your team
• Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management
• Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
• Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
• Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e., Payroll reports
• Roster Management & Approvals
• Manage team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Proactive approach in loss prevention management, e.g., stock shrinkage
• Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure all creative visions are applied within the store
• Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring a safe, healthy, & fit-for-work environment
• Ensure all tasks completed by team members are in a safe manner according to Safe Work Practices, with expectations communicated clearly
