Job summary

Framatome is hiring a Welder for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater, UK. You will join stainless steel parts using TIG or MMA welding, with emphasis on safety, quality and adherence to WPS. A relevant welding qualification and experience are required.

The role requires working at Bridgwater site with strong emphasis on health and safety, teamwork, and precise workmanship to support the UK nuclear project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Welding qualification to EN9606 required.
• Entry level NNB test at Bridgwater College per ECITB.
• Diploma or apprenticeship in Welding or Fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and operate welding equipment safely.
• Apply metallurgy knowledge to welding process.
• Ensure work complies with WPS and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and high quality output.
• Adhere to company policies and project specifications.
