Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is offering a two-year Radioactive Waste Management Graduate Programme across UK sites including Bristol, Warrington and Newbury. You will rotate through placements, gaining breadth and depth while supporting safe and compliant radioactive waste management.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in a science discipline as listed.
• BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance may be required.
• Programme is UK-based with placements across Cavendish Nuclear sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe, compliant handling of radioactive materials across the lifecycle.
• Assist in environmental impact assessments, case reports and disposal strategy development.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on nuclear projects and client-facing assignments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology or Biochemistry
