Job summary

• Experience designing and delivering technical training in safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials using the SAT approach.
• Run classroom-based and simulated training sessions with confidence.
• Manage training plans and schedules to meet evolving needs.
• Prepare training for transition to operational readiness.
• Represent the NSA EPR Project Training Team at meetings.
• Collaborate with SMEs and external/internal stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Maintain records of training completion and progress.
• Follow through on SMART actions to ensure delivery.
