Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting an Operations Instructor to develop the future operating workforce. You will train personnel in EPR technology, reactor operations and instructional practice, with a three-year development period at Hinkley Point C before transitioning to Sizewell C in Suffolk.

The role is permanent, full-time and site-based, with a starting salary of £56,506 to £86,985 depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including leave, bonus and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and apply complex technical information.
• Qualified to HNC, HND or Degree level in engineering or related discipline.
• Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and deliver training programmes, learning materials and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, simulator and workplace training to develop operators.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide objective feedback.
• Collaborate with SZC, HPC, EDF and the wider EPR community.
