Job summary

Boccard UK is seeking a Site Quality Control Lead for the Hinkley Point C project to drive quality excellence on a landmark nuclear development. You will lead the Manufacturing Quality Control Team, ensure compliance with nuclear standards, manage ITPs and LTQRs, and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes.

As a senior quality leader, you will collaborate with project and client teams to meet delivery goals, uphold safety, and support Boccard UK's growth in the nuclear energy

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Business.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction quality programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, RCCM and nuclear standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing QC team.
• Oversee ITPs, NDT, welding procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure Right First-Time delivery and nuclear safety compliance.
• Collaborate with project and client teams to meet delivery goals.
