EDF is recruiting a 360 Machine Driver (Sizewell C) to operate wheeled or tracked excavators on the Sizewell C project, working with Ballycommon. You will perform site groundwork, assist civils and earthworks, and ensure daily safety and maintenance checks.

The role requires a CPCS/NPORS 360 ticket, a safety-medical, and right-to-work in the UK. BPSS/SC clearance is advantageous, and experience on large civil or nuclear projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) 360 Excavator ticket (above & below 10t preferred).
• Safety-critical medical (or willingness to obtain).
• SC or BPSS clearance is advantageous, or willingness to undergo vetting.
• Lifting ops endorsement on CPCS.
• Proven experience in a similar civils or infrastructure environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Previous experience on large-scale or nuclear projects.

Responsabilités

• Safe and efficient operation of 360 excavators (above & below 10 tonnes).
• Carrying out groundwork support including trenching, grading, lifting operations, and loading/unloading.
• Supporting civils, earthworks, drainage and ducting teams across site phases.
• Daily checks and maintenance reporting of machinery.
• Adhering to site safety protocols, particularly in a nuclear-regulated environment.
• Communicating with banksmen, groundworkers, and site management.
• Following instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
