EDF is seeking a Forward Tipping Dumper Driver for Sizewell C, working for Ballycommon on the Sizewell C project, operating forward tipping dumpers safely on an active civil site and coordinating with groundworks and plant teams.

You will need CPCS/NPORS with CSCS, valid Right to Work in the UK, PPE and a safety-first mindset. Nuclear-site experience and security vetting are preferred, with additional tickets advantageous.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS with CSCS for Forward Tipping Dumper.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Full PPE is required.
• Safety-critical medical (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience operating forward tipping dumpers on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience on large-scale or high-security construction sites (nuclear, rail) preferred.
• SC or BPSS clearance (or willingness to undergo security vetting).
• Additional tickets (e.g. Ride-On Roller, 360 Excavator).
• Experience on nuclear-licensed or nationally significant infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ground teams and site supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Operating forward tipping dumpers safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
• Hauling and tipping earth, stone, aggregates and spoil to designated locations.
• Supporting groundworks, civils and muckaway teams.
• Carrying out pre-start checks and reporting issues.
• Working with banksmen, 360 operators and other plant operatives.
• Maintaining awareness of pedestrians, vehicles and plant movements.
• Following site safety and environmental procedures, especially in a nuclear zone.
